Your Gateway to Community Resources
The Community Care Services Program and Home and Community Based Services program offer in-home services designed to help elderly and disabled individuals remain independent in their homes as long as possible. This one-call connection includes:
- information and referral database
- access to adult day care services
- emergency response devices
- personal care and light housekeeping
- respite care to relieve caregivers
- home delivered meals for homebound elderly
- housing options
- counseling
