2017 Elder Rights Conference

The Elder Rights Conference is an annual event meant to build awareness about the growing societal issues of the abuse, neglect and exploitation of older and disabled adults. 

The theme of this year’s conference is “Rising to the Challenge: Investigation & Prosecution of Human Trafficking & Sexual Assault”.  Legal experts, public policy advocates, social service and medical professionals will present a full day of up-to-date information. The keynote speaker is Paul Greenwood, Deputy District Attorney, San Diego County, California and Director of the Elder Abuse Prosecution Unit.

Registration is $25 for retired persons and students and $35 for professionals, congregations, organizations and clergy. Breakfast and lunch are included.
