Augusta Regional Development Alliance Unified Development Council

The Augusta Regional Development Alliance Unified Development Council (ARDA UDC) is a project-oriented volunteer organization comprised of economic, industrial, and regional development organizations, as well as service and educational institutions. The mission of the ARDA UDC is to improve the standard of living and quality of life of the Augusta regional area citizens by fostering economic development through regional visibility. With the motto "Unified Leadership Committed to Economic Development," the ARDA UDC maintains a broad perspective and an active stance concerning opportunities for the Augusta regional area.

The Council shall consist of members with an interest in economic development from the counties included in the Central Savannah River Area Unified Development Authority. Members of the Council shall include both public and private sector representatives conducting business within the geographic area served by the Council. The ARDA UDC dues paying membership consists of Development Authorities or Chambers of Commerce within Burke, Columbia, Glascock, Hancock, Jefferson, Jenkins, Lincoln, McDuffie, Richmond, Taliaferro, Warren, Washington, and Wilkes counties.
